Shipping

Within India, the item is dispatched for delivery within four to five weeks from the time payment is received. The product will be packaged and shipped by KNARRATIVE 576 in a timely and secure manner. The customer is still required to accept delivery of the products or services even if the specified delivery date is extended.

KNARRATIVE 576 may postpone any delivery in the case of production problems affecting the quantity of goods or the quality of goods produced. Either party may cancel the order if the delay lasts for more than 3 (three) calendar months. KNARRATIVE 576 is not liable for any losses, including lost profits or savings by customer.

When the customer fails to take delivery of the goods or services, or fails to provide the information or instructions to enable delivery it is fully liable to KNARRATIVE 576 for all damages and losses suffered by the brand, such as (but not limited to) transportation costs, extra storage, handling and insurance. Regarding (re-)delivery, we may demand prior payment of all aforementioned costs.

KNARRATIVE 576 is allowed to deliver the goods or services in parts.

Additional delivery fees dependent on location will apply for international shipping. Due to our involvement with numerous vendors, we are unable to provide accurate delivery dates. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been finalised.

 Please be aware that, despite our best efforts to assure prompt delivery, KNARRATIVE 576 cannot be held responsible for any shipment delays brought on by unforeseeable events like customs holdups, adverse weather, or lost or stolen items while in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Payment

If the invoiced amount is not paid within the payment term, then the customer is in default without any notice being required. In addition to any other rights and remedies the brand may have under applicable law, interest will accrue on all late payments at the rate of 1% (one percent) per calendar month.

Even if the customer is of the opinion that the quality of the delivered goods or services is not in accordance with the agreed goods or services, this does not release him from the obligation to pay.

In the event of any default or neglect by the customer in the payment of any amounts or charges due, KNARRATIVE 576 has the right to postpone any further deliveries of any goods, without being liable for any losses by the customer. Such right shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other rights and remedies available under the agreement or at law.
